All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services or by Fedex. Every effort is made to ensure parcels are packaged with the utmost care to avoid any damage in transit.
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) means that customers are responsible for paying the destination country’s customs charges or duties if applicable. Regrettably parcels will sometimes be held by customs until any outstanding payments are made. Any payments not received may result in the courier returning or in some cases destroying your books.
Returns
If you want to return or cancel a product please email us at sales@eaurougepublishing.com. Any unwanted products must be returned at your own cost with the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns after this time will not be accepted. We are entitled to withhold any refund until we have received the relevant products.
